We also provide 3D Rebar Detailing using Tekla and Revit. We also provide 3D Concrete Modeling.

Princeton University, NJ – 2300+ tons 3D Rebar Detailing

Simsona worked on 3D rebar detailing for Princeton University 4 buildings those included approximately 65,000 SF.

500 Walnut Street, Philadelphia – 1500+ tons

Offering only 38 exquisite homes, 500 Walnut provides unprecedented privacy and elegance with just one or two units per floor. Residences which – range from 2,700 to over 4,300 square feet – have at least three bedrooms, a vented gas fireplace, spacious private balconies, 10-to-11 foot ceilings and simply stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.

Manulife Place, Alberta, Canada

Manulife place is 26 story high-rise building with Penthouse on the top floor. It will be situated in the heart of Alberta, Canada.

Rowan University Housing

The new Rowan University Housing construction calls for 1,400 dormitories in two connected buildings of four and seven stories on an 8.3-acre site bounded by Route 322, Main Street and Carpenter Street. The two buildings will total 310,000 square feet and connect via bridges. One will house a 550-seat, two-story dining facility. Other student amenities will include study areas, a game room and laundry.
